When making a reservation by telephone or verbally, your personal data will be stored for the sole purpose of recording your reservation. The registration of your personal data is necessary for the execution of the agreement. The same applies to an online reservation, where the data is registered via an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Your personal data is stored encryped and will not be used for other purposes (unless you have given us permission to do so), nor it will be passed on to third parties. 

You have the right to have your personal data and the reservation data changed or removed from the system, the day after your reservation. In order to do so, you will have to submit a request via sales@parkdekegel.nl

Terms of payment

we require a 50% deposit of the total event costs. 
Four weeks prior to the event, you will recieve the invoice from us. We kindly request that payment is made to our bank account, along with the relevant reservation details, no later than two weeks before the event. The remaining balance can be paid on-site or later via invoice. 
A fee of €12,50 will be charged for invoicing after the event.
